Rudder is a tool to help you focus, not a magic wand. By using it, you agree not to abuse the service, try to hack it, or steal our code. Most importantly, Rudder is a productivity app, not a medical device or a replacement for professional therapy. If the app has a bug and you miss a deadline, we aren't legally liable.
By joining the waitlist or using Rudder, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please do not use the service. We are currently in early validation, meaning features and access may change at any time.
Rudder is designed for ADHD brains, but it is purely a productivity and organizational tool. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Any insights provided by the app or the Coach Add-on are for informational purposes only and should not replace professional medical or psychological advice.
You agree to use Rudder only for its intended purpose. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer the app, scrape its data, or disrupt its infrastructure. We reserve the right to remove anyone from the waitlist or suspend access if we suspect abuse.
Rudder is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it reliable, but software has bugs. We are not liable for any lost data, missed deadlines, or damages that occur from using or being unable to use the service.
We may update these terms as the app evolves. We'll notify you of any major changes via email. Your continued use of the service means you accept the new terms.
Legal jargon aside, we're here to help. If you have questions about these terms, email us at hello@rudder.app.
